Insurance Billing & ReimbursementWe accept most travel insurance plans
For patients with domestic PPO & HMO insurance policies, we are fee for service, which means that we require payment at the time of service via cash or credit card.
Many medical Insurance providers DO reimburse for our services
- PPO's reimburse up to ~80%. we are considered out-of-network for all providers
- Non-local HMO's up to 100%
- Insurance reimbursement forms are provided, and in many cases we may submit a claim for you, electronically, to help speed your potential reimbursement.
- Reimbursement will be at the out-of-network payor rate and will cover approved charges which are determined by each insurance provider. Usually, reimbursement will be possible only after the annual deductible has been met.
Medicare Beneficiaries - Unfortunately, at this point in time our services are not reimbursable by Medicare or Supplemental insurance providers.
Medi-Cal, Medicaid and Worker's Compensation not accepted.
Tax DeductibleHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FLEX) may be used.
